Voices of Hope is a 501 C3 nonprofit Recovery Community Organization dedicated to helping individuals and families find, enter, and maintain recovery through a wide variety of services, resources, and peer-based support.
Our mission is to empower lives and foster recovery.
This past quarter has been one of growth, connection, and exciting new beginnings for our recovery community. In Cecil County, we set a record, hosting 160 support meetings with 2,264 total attendees—the highest participation we’ve ever recorded. These numbers represent more than attendance; they reflect meaningful connections and a strong, engaged recovery community.
We also proudly opened our Women and Children’s Recovery House, welcoming mothers and their children into a safe, family-centered environment focused on healing and reunification. Two families have already moved in, and one of the most powerful moments came when both families celebrate Christmas together for the first time in years—filling the home with laughter, connection, and renewed hope.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our reach in Harford County with a new Recovery Community Center coming soon in Edgewood—a place where hope never sleeps and where anyone seeking connection, healing, and a fresh start will always be welcome.
