Lend a helping hand… or a paw?
You know our mascot well if you follow us on Facebook! Don’t worry, we know he is the first one you ask to see when you stop by one of our locations. We know our customers are passionate about their animals and the ones who are in need. That is why we decided to give back to our local furry friends in need with Cujo’s Lend a Paw donation.
According to ASPCA, approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. With troubling stats, there are thousands of shelters in need of supplies to support the animals they intake each day. Many of these shelters are in Cecil and Harford County!
Cecil and Harford County give back!
With Lend a Paw, we asked our clients and people in the community from January through the end of February for blankets, towels, paper towels, bleach, cleaning supplies, chew toys, peanut butter, treats, cat litter, Racheal Ray dog/cat food, wet or dry.
When someone donated, we posted a picture our the donators pet on our Facebook to thank them. We LOVED seeing your pets and so did our followers! Up to date, this was one of our most successful events! In the end, we delivered our donation to Buddies for Life of Cecil County and the Humane Society of Harford County.
